El rechazo se dio porque en la corrección presentada se reiteraron los mismos argumentos y razonamientos inicialmente expuestos en la demanda y que la Corte consideró carentes de certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia.
Por no haber subsanado los defectos encontrados y no adecuarse los requisitos de admisibilidad exigidos para abordar el estudio de un problema jurídico de carácter constitucional, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la providencia recurrida.
